The development of green building needs to be reasonable evaluation standard to guide. At present, Chinese green building certification projects are more and more, the mainly American LEED, BREEAM of Britain and Chinese "green building evaluation standard". Evaluation system of our country starts relatively late, however, in these three standards, the first two standards are the development of the developed countries more mature and more successful, the third is independent to launch in China. Which is more suitable for Chinese national conditions, and the Chinese and British and American public building evaluation system what are the similarities and differences, is a very worth studying further.Draw lessons from the domestic and foreign literature, this paper thoroughly studies the domestic and foreign typical Green Public Building Evaluation System, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of green public building evaluation system in our country. To perfect our country green public building evaluation standard provides certain theoretical basis.This paper from two aspects of three criteria has carried on the comparative study, combined with the actual engineering case demonstrates the comparison results. First of all, both at home and abroad was described in detail the typical green public building evaluation system, such as the UK system of BREEAM, LEED system in the United States and the green building evaluation standard in our country, from the macroscopic aspect compared the Sino-British, similarities and differences between the standard of China and the United States; Second, the Sino-British, standard of China and the United States is the most important energy saving part has carried on the contrast research, involving the palisade structure, air conditioning system, lighting system, and comprehensive utilization of energy, etc.; Finally, in a public building project as an example, using the three green public building evaluation standard on the green evaluation, Awarded "energy saving two-star", "energy saving grade silver prize" and "energy saving GOOD level". By analyzing the evaluation can be seen that the project in the aspect of comprehensive utilization of renewable energy serves is lower, this is also lead to in Britain and the United States to assess the main reason for the score lower than that in our country.Through the comparative analysis of the green building evaluation system between China and Britain and America, it can be seen that the emphasis on the operation and debugging of the building equipment system and the carbon emission and so on are paid more attention to. The green building evaluation standard in China is to consider more the building energy conservation and the environmental effect of building, but for the overall design, and there’s no emphasis on the protection of the environment. At the same time the evaluation system of the standard is too complex, operability is not strong U.S. LEED evaluation system, in the face of the market without a good adaptability; In terms of the approval system, our country has not stipulated to ensure the effect of building energy consumption is reliable and optimal over time; Our standard score rigor than in British and American are relatively loose, evaluation standard should be improved further.
