Small And Medium-sized Community Public Green Building Design Research

Started from last century, human civilization began its turn to an ecological civilization. Green building has characteristics of ecology, and its design is different from traditional buildings. The research of green building involves ecological building in the field of the ecological aesthetics. Therefore, green building is given more functions, features and connotations. Its research has theoretical and practical significance.in both fields of architecture and aesthetics.Green building design is considerably difficult and challenging. When we build a green building, first we should adopt passive energy-saving measures to save energy, including the building’s structure, materials and design, etc. Its shape and design shall use natural factors such as air, wind, water, light, land, plants, etc. in a scientific way, so that the design could go beyond the functions and visual experience in the traditional architectural sense, achieving and expressing the ecological aesthetic concepts involving health, comfort, long-term, and the proper use of resources.This paper reviews the development of green building. Based on the theory of ecological building, eco-aesthetic, open architecture, green Humanities as well as design principles, it first analyzes the main factors affecting green building design, involving policies and regulations, digital and network technologies, decorative arts, local culture, building materials, construction and technology, etc.. Secondly, it discusses the impacts of the natural factors, geography and climate on the shape design of green buildings; Thirdly, it presents outstanding cases of green buildings both at home and abroad, and analyze their design ideas, and summarize their principles, and design method; Fourthly, it makes a real integrated design plan for an architectural landscape, to show green building design ideas, pursue the merits of overall shape design ideas, and look forward to the prospect of green building design.This paper argues that, in view of the ecological aesthetics, green building design has becoming an important part of the plastic arts. Based on this idea, this paper proposes the following:first, because treatment and utilization of natural factors play a key role in the green building design, designers must grasp its characteristics, and apply it scientifically and fully to their design. Second, elements used in green building design is beyond the basic elements of visual art modeling. They shall not be limited to manufacturing visual aesthetic and shaping space. Third, the beauty of the green building is based on ecological philosophy and ethics, and it depends on the human’s understanding of the use of nature. Therefore, it is a kind of man-made beauty to be compared with the natural beauty. In this paper, the author also achieves a better and more complete understanding of architecture and buildings through a green building design practice.Based on the green building design of Qingcheng community center, this paper makes a careful and extensive review of concerning literature, and also makes a survey in the community. Focusing on the expression forms of natural factors in green building design, the paper makes a summary of experiences, makes comments and puts forwards its ideas. It aims at seeking the methodological principles and general laws, so as to apply them to the practical work and start a discussion on green building design.
