With the rapid development of China’s economy, the construction industry isbooming together with the increasing demand of energy in social total energy. As thehot summer and cold winter zone is the most densely populated and built area, it alsohas comparatively higher energy consumption. Especially the small-scale publicbuildings energy consumption per unit area is high, the total energy consumption cannot be ignored. Therefore, this energy saving design of small-scale public buildingsin hot summer and cold winter zone is of much significance with the intentions toimprove indoor comfort of buildings, and to seek theoretical basis for reduction ofbuildings’ energy consumption.In recent years, Energy-saving green building technology provides comfortable,efficient use of space, people pay more attention to energy-saving caused widespreadconcern and Research on its application in building, and has made a lot of theoreticaland practical results.In this paper, the concept of green building and green buildingdesign theory proposed for the Zixing seismic projects design strategy of greenbuilding energy-saving technology. It mainly includes: To improve the indoorenvironmental quality of the natural ventilation design; Design of buildingair-conditioning and solar domestic hot water energy saving system combined withthe local surrounding natural conditions make full use of the natural resources of theEast river; Consider the concept of green building water saving and water-useprogram design and architectural design of the drainage system; reflect and materialsand material utilization steam aerated concrete block exterior design; to improve thequality of indoor air quality and energy efficiency and the ground moisture-proofinsulation design; embodies improve building energy saving operation andmanagement of a roof and green roof design.This energy-saving technology for green building measures, mainly throughexperimental research, simulation, comparative analysis and other methods to verifygreen building energy efficiency design measures to meet the evaluation standard forgreen building.Firstly, through the external walls of buildings, moisture insulation,roofing method using heat flow meter heat transfer coefficient of the envelope detection, We found that the use steam aerated concrete block exterior surface heattransfer coefficient of heat and moisture are less than1.0W/m~2K, using roofinginsulation and plantation techniques roof heat transfer coefficient is less than0.7W/m~2K,the paper used building envelope thermal performance to meet the"public building energy efficiency design standards";Secondly, Test found thatbuildings surrounding has a large annual wind speed in years. the paper goes furtherto conduct a simulation analysis of building’s indoor air environment and naturalventilation by employing computational fluid dynamics simulation software. Theanalysis shows that both the natural ventilation and indoor ventilation are in goodconditions in condition of4.0m/s during summer and Favorable for winter insulationin buildings in condition of3.0m/s. The author therefore proposes several technicalmeasures to improve simulation microenvironment and the building envelopeperformance on the basis of the analysis results; finally, the paper adopts the energysimulation software to conduct the energy analysis of physical building, whichshows that building designed and built in accordance with the concept of greenbuilding has higher energy efficiency and thus meet the design objectives andrequirements.The paper provides a reference design for small-scale public buildings to aspecial geographical position and unique resources and the environment,It also isbeneficial to promotion of energy-saving and green building technology.
