In recent years, the quick development of Internet technology brings the huge transformation to the traditional manufacturing industry, and the network manufacture is a kind of advanced manufacture pattern, which is produced under this kind of environment. It provides enterprises the method to develop the production and the management under the internet environment, enhances the working efficiency, strengthens the ability of developing new product, reduces the market cycle, expands the market sale space, and enhances the market competition ability. The key to realize network manufacture is to choose, dispose and share the resources correctly, and it will reduce the production cost, improve the product quality and increase customer's satisfaction. But before achieving these goals, it is necessary to know the digitization production workshop clearly.Combining the projects of HFUT foundation named the research on information technology of NC machining training and the technology-rebuilding project of DNC net system, this thesis proposes the digitization production workshop management system. This thesis analyzes the crucial technology of the digitization production workshop management system, such as CAD/CAM, distributed numerical control, information management technology, and entire life cycle resource management technology. It uses UML and Petri integration method to build the model of the system. By analyzing the work flow of the digitization production workshop, this thesis has constructed the system function model, the theory system structure, and makes the improvement using the fractal enterprise's principle to the digitization production workshop organization pattern. And it has constructed the architecture of the software system based on the B/S structure. The system on WAN has met the network manufacture request for cross-region, cross-enterprise and the joint operation. In the thesis, the main module of the system is designed by using structure lifecycle method and ASP.net software platform.
