| Under the background which the clay brick is banned in China, and insulation, heat insulation, light weight, high strength and the efficient construction of new wall materials are actively developped, this paper presents the research content .The wall is the load-bearing structure of network, surrounded by highly effective thermal insulation material. The reinforcing steel bar is inserted into horizontal and vertical holes. And then self-compacting concrete is poured to form the core of the bearing structure. This article has mainly used the following several methods :1,According to the《Thermal design code for civil building》, the performance of energy-saving wall's insulation is calculated by simplified network structure. The calculation results is compared with the Harbin energy requirement of energy-saving wall.2,Based on entire computation method, we deduce the mixture ratio formula of self dense concrete .We compared the results of the ratio formula with the date of literature to see whether they are tally. The possibility of the use of mixture ratio formula in practice is proposed.3,The distortion and the dehiscence of physical models under horizontal load is simulated by using ANSYS finite element procedure. The result is compared with concrete theory. The formula of being sheared is discovered. So actual projects in application can be based on this method. |
