Study On Allocation Of Highway Passenger Teansport Routes

Along with the freeway increasing into a network,highway passenger transport has had the more important position in the integrated transport system. And with the traffic and transportation integrative pace accelerating,the highway passenger transport system has already entered a new round of readjustment and development,its station layout planning and functions have been changed,the organization system also has been quite significant. How to distribute reasonably highway passenger transport routes into the station and how to optimize transport structure of the routes have appeared. These problems are the problem for allocation of highway passenger transport routes,they have relation with a lot of factors,such as rational use of highway passenger transport resources,maximize exertion of routes economic and social benefits,and so on.Therefore,to make this papers research is very urgent and essential.Based on the current domestic and abroad related studies and combining the actual project,it takes the exploratory study on the highway passenger transport routes allocation,including the following five aspects.Firstly.,combining the characteristics of highway passenger transport organization,it analyses routes allocation and related conception;Sencondly,it is more systematic analysis of routes allocation in the basic theory, including the conception and characteristics of passenger routes and its position in highway passenger tranport system,the feasibility of optimizing the routes allocation and its thread;Thirdly,it studies routes demand prediction in two views. On the one hand,it adopts MSE composed approach to forecast routes demand inventory under the principle of reducing error,and establishes lines routes distribution model. On the other hand,according to the characteristics of demand structure,it summarizes the corresponding prediction methods in three aspects:the distribution of direction,the distance structure,the transport structure;Fourth,it sets up a more scientific method system of allocating passenger routes. Based on the overall efficiency of passenger transport system,it establishes routes distribution optimization model,solution algorithm and methods of effective analyse and evaluation,which have a overall meaning. While taking into account local efficiency,using the foundamental of conceptual model,it puts in routes distribution methods of the different functional station.Finally,taking Liuzhou highway passenger organizational structure optimized as the case,it discusses the theory and methods for passenger transport routes allocation in practical applicance.In all,this paper makes some achievements in routes allocation theory,routes demand forecasting and routes distribution,it hope they would like to have sighnificant leading meaning to the routes practical management problems.
