The issue of high oil consumption always is a topic discussed by people inside of enterprise and research and development dependment, Which will be more complex because the increased pressure in crankcase and complex layout of ventilation system after install the turbocharger, That is the research target of this dissertation.The blow-by and pressure in crankcase will be increase after the charge technology application on the engine because the increased pressure and high temperature in combustion, Which will result in badly separation of oil and piston ring wear early, reducing the gap of spark plug, Decreasing the life of liner, Blocking the catalyst etc. This dissertation mainly focused on researching the ventilation system for turbocharger gasoline engine through solving the high oil consumption problem, we also can get some primary knowledge for turbocharger gasoline engine, a magnificent recognition for layout of ventilation system for turbocharger gasoline engine, Especially the great influence for oil consumption by the crankcase pressure, which was researched by the article.This dissertation researched the oil consumption mainly from the influence by the material and structure of piston rings, the ventilation system, the honing structure, the structure and separation efficiency by the oil separator etc. The final research result is the oil consumption reduced from 70g/h to 12g/h. It can indicate the research direction for solving the high oil consumption problem, and referenced by developing new turbocharger gasoline engine lately through the article.
