Recent years,the air pollution prevention has become the high-frequency words in people's daily life and a top priority to improve the people's livelihood.Our country makes a series of policies for energy-saving and emission-reduction.Which in the "Opinions on strengthening energy-saving and emission-reduction in internal combustion engine industry ",the State Council General Office pointed out:accelerate the application and promotion of efficient internal combustion engine turbocharging system in the industrial field work,focus on grasping the light turbocharger gasoline engine advanced manufacturing technology,production materials and production processes.With the wide application of turbocharger technology,our family car increasingly began to use turbocharged gasoline engines.But specifically study the role of EGR technology in the turbocharged gasoline engine has just begun.Based on the review of dozens domestic and foreign relevant literature,this article summarizes the significance of the gasoline engine turbocharging technology,working principle,technical features and matching calculation methods.Based on the above preparatory work,this paper match simulation and optimization studies with a company's gasoline engine and turbocharged,and research EGR technology on turbocharged gasoline engine.First combine gasoline engine's parameters and turbocharger's characteristic curves,use GT-POWER software to build the simulation model about gasoline engine turbocharging system,then carries on the simulation computation,contrast performance parameters are calculated with parameters of the turbocharged gasoline engine of the original machine,draw a conclusion:turbocharger and gasoline good match,after matching the turbocharger the performance of gasoline engine has been significantly improved,GT-POWER software calculated error is very small,with high accuracy,as a gasoline engine and turbocharger matching software tools.Next,study the application of the EGR technology,draw a conclusion:After applying the EGR technology,turbocharged gasoline engine significantly reduced the NOx's emissions,as the load increases NOx' s emissions fell more obvious.But at the same time,affected by other gas like HC emissions impacts,as well as the torque and specific fuel consumption dynamic and economic performance,etc.So reasonable choice best EGR rate under different conditions.
