Gas turbine which works in marine environment withstands corrosion from the massive precipitations, the spatial granule and the aerosol salt particle.In order to protect the engine from these pollutant,we have studied the highly efficiency filter system, which is mainly composed of the inertial stage, the net-pad level and cyclone grade.This thesis focuses on the performance of dust separation technology of cyclone stage. Simulation results are famous and important to the actual application. It could save study periods and expense on condition of gaining abundance experiment. Along with computer technology development ,simulation of flow field and calculation of two phase are possible.It has main advantage of fewer manpower, less resource and lower cost.To optimize gas inlet filter system, the article uses the methods of simulation and experiment to study flow filed configuration and gas-particle separator performance in cyclone separator. This thesis has carried on following several work:1 .On the basis of prototype, Article simulates single phase and two phase flow, checkes flow field distribution and supply reference for optimization of cyclone separator configuration.2.On the basis of prototype, Article changes blade configuration, checkes its resistance performance and efficiency performance ,then to confirm optimized cyclone separator models.3.On the same preference condition and boundary condition of one model, Article uses k-εstandard turbulent model and RSM turbulent model spectively computing, checkes the difference of the two simulation results, and compares their resistance performance.4.Article experiment the resistance and efficiency characteristic for the single cyclone separator with small scale wind tunnel ,validates the computational results to provide reference for optimizing design.
