A Research Based On Processing Feature Modeling Technology Of Structure Part Design

Feature modeling technology is the requirement for development of the advanced manufacturing technology. Modeling a shared feature model of parts is one of the key technologies of CAD/CAPP/CAM integrated system. Feature modeling system can provide the geometry information and process information that the system needs, to realize the design with the manufacture resource.This article application feature modeling technology, has carried on the structure analysis to the constructional detail, will make and the design parallel union, proposed the new processing feature definition and the use proposed the processing feature concept proposed the processing feature system structure, has designed the special software system. The task of this article is aims at some kind of electronic project mechanism design, based on the processing feature modeling, combining the large enterprises manufacturing resources, adopts one fast manufacture processing design method, the design and the manufacture were considered together, and carried on by this to the processing feature has been a new definition which studied based on this article needs to do. Proposed based on the processing behavior constitution processing behavior unit, expresses and describes processing feature definition by the processing behavior unit, describes the components modeling process from this the processing feature, combining the product feature and the processing feature, has formed a set of brand-new feature modeling technology. This technology has realized the design information and the processing information union, greatly reduced the mechanical product design cycle.This research was carries on the interface routine development using VB software, PROE software combined with the product's graphical modeling. the development has designed based on the processing feature components modeling software system, depended on the software system to complete the structure body product design, the NC document directly input NC machine which finally produced, and the completion of the six products, a combination of design information and information processing. This design greatly shortens the product development cycle.
