In the navigation and aerospace research field, three-axis turntable plays important roles in the experiment of science research, as a crucial device of simulating and testing. It can really repeat devices tested characteristics in the three free degree directions, so that the performance can be tested by simulation, and the data can be gotten, the turntable also can check whether the systems or the components can fulfill the whole design performance. The three-axis turntable is much related to the reliability and trustiness of the simulation test. So the turntable is the basic instrument for ensuring precision and quality of the production in the navigation and aerospace research field.According to electric characteristics of the turntable, the system takes photo-electricity coder as angle position sensor, using brushless DC moment motor as servo motor, driving load turning directly; by the double-loop control method, including velocity-loop and position-loop, the system realized the functions of automatic position,velocity,sway,servo and so on.I participated in the project design of the three-axis turntable, finished the computation and the choice model about the servo motor,servo drive and the movement control card, and participated in the whole control system building and debugging of turntable. I made use of the powerful function of the PMAC card and based on the actual situation, has analyzed and turned the PID parameter. In the end, I compiled the control program of the upper computer.
