The Central Electric Substation is a pivotal electric substation. It offered the electric power and the most of the industrial production electric power for ShuiCheng Steel Company. It's extremely important.At present, the Central Electric Substation has worked more than 20 years. The equipments have been old and highly wasting, and it is not stable to provide the electricity. For the safety,reliability,economic after the technical, improvement and repairment production during company's the 10th and 11th five-years plan, continuously to play its important role. It need badly remake to the Central Electric Substation.At present, most electric substation with complete in-door setting have only 2 voltage degree, the main transformer range is 63MVA.There are 110kV,35kV,63kV this three voltage in the Central Electric Substation of ShuiCheng Steel Company. The main transformer is 80MVA, the low voltage is 6.3kV. Therefore the circuit electric current of low voltage is strong. All the arrangements are required to be with complete in-door setting, all the equipments and the central conducting rooms should be thought about in a building. Besides the security, economy, environment protecting and energy saving also should be taken into consideration. Because the equipments should be advanced, economic and energy-saving, it is difficult for them to do the design of the remaking project.This essay gives a calculation analysis of part of the particular problems in the design, and choose the best solution to meet the demands of the design.
