Along with the standardization of medical information and the improvement ofvideo communication technology, the Telediagnosis System will achieve the medicalresources sharing of developed areas, enhance the municipal and country medicallevel, thereby the patients from backward area could also accept the diagnosis andtreatments from experts in distant place remotely. This topic takes the project ofmulti-purpose electronic medical record and telediagnosis and treats platform basedon the municipal and country high quality medical service resources sharing as abacking, in the foundation of the previous researches and developments ofTeleimaging Diagnose System which takes the smart client as the systemInfrastructure by the research team, designs and develops at the application level ofTeleimaging Diagnose System, and specially does the research to the security aspectof the software.Due to the Teleimaging Diagnose System is a distributed system that operates onthe Internet and needs to cross the complex network environment, the security of thesoftware system is an important issue, specially some sensitive data such as patientinformation, consultation data, and expert information must to be protected. In thecurrent Telediagnosis Systems, most of systems are mainly based on the PKI (PublicKey Infrastructure) to build the safe telediagnosis medical information system, andthe research and technical realization of hospital information security is nearly blankin our country. Therefore, realize the security of network medical service informationdigitization, research and establish the safe Telediagnosis System is extremelyessential.The paper mainly elaborates five aspects of contents:1. Describes the basic concept and main applications of Telediagnosis System, andintroduces the research background, topic origin and article's main research workof this topic. 2. Describes two methods of consultation, goals of system design and system structureof the Teleimaging Diagnose System, analyzes the choices between this systemconstruction pattern and another two construction patterns for the intelligentclient-side and client-side.3. Introduces the Web application development of Teleimaging Diagnose Systemincluding the system network structure, system flow and detailed function moduledesign and so on.4. Emphatically aims at the system security aspect to research, analyzes the threeaspects threats of system caused by attacks, and the security provided by. NETplatform which used by this system5. Summarize and forecast the process of development of the system.
