Heart disease is one of the circulatory diseases that threaten people's health.Its onset time is short and irregular,so it is especially important to check and prevent it.ECG signal detection is generally used to prevent heart attacks,but routine electrocardiograms either have limited detection time or require long-term tests so that will limit patients' movement.In response to these problems,we proposed to apply telemedicine to ECG detection to achieve real-time,remote ECG monitoring and diagnosis.This subject has designed and developed an ECG telemedicine monitoring system based on the internet plus and smart phones to monitor ECG signals in real time.The system is divided into a mobile client ECG acquisition system and a PC-side telemonitoring system.The C/S+MVC and B/S+MVC modes are used to develop the database.The database uses SQLite database and MySQL database respectively.The mobile phone client adopts the Android operating system as a development platform and mainly includes a login registration module,a Bluetooth communication module,an ECG processing display module and a doctor-patient interaction module.The collected ECG signal can be sent to the mobile phone via Bluetooth.The mobile phone filters and displays the waveform in real time.The ECG signal can be saved locally or sent to a remote server,and the diagnostic report can be viewed.The PC side uses JSP+Servlet + JavaBean + JDBC based on JavaEE.Users including doctors,patients,and administrators access the system through a browser.Patients have the authority to view their own personal information and ECG diagnostic report.Doctors have the authority to view personal information and patient's ECG information and make corresponding diagnostic feedback.Administrators can manage patients' and doctors' information.Tests have been conducted and all parts of the modules met the design requirements.The system is easy to operate,portable,and has good real-time performance.It is suitable for family health and is of great significance for the early prevention and timely treatment of heart disease.
