Research On Key Technologies Of Evaluation On Production Capability Flexibility Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

In the development of economic globalization today, the production characteristics of the SMEs (an abbreviation short for small and medium-enterprises) have changed fundamentally. The personalized needs of the customers and dynamic changes in the market, lead to increasingly fierce market competition. Therefore, the flexible production gradually becomes the operation core of SMEs and the value of production capability flexiblility gradually becomes an important index of the core competitiveness of SMEs either. In view of this, the research on production capability flexibility of SMEs and the key technologies on evaluating the flexibility are extremely significant.Based on the feature that SMEs are customization-oriented and the description of production capability flexibiltity in S95, the paper analyses the capacity of SMEs' production capability flexibiltity qualitatively and quantitatively, derives the conception of production capability flexibiltity degree, analyses the evaluation fundamentals of the SMEs' production capability flexibiltity, establishes an index system and some fuzzy logic rules with reference to the evaluation of SMEs' production capability flexibiltity. In the paper, An AHP based on fuzzy logic rules is applied to evaluating the production capability flexibiltity of a specific enterprise, an evaluation system on SMEs' production capability flexibiltity is designed, the structure of the system is established, the run mode of the system is researched, the function structure of the system is designed, the run flow of the system is analyzed and key problems in the process of realizing the system are resolved.Research results of the paper, as components of the research program of Wuhan Science and Technology Bureau key, have been applied in some experimental enterprises and achieved good effects.
