| The research on the air traffic control support capability is of great significance for improving the air traffic control operation level of the airport,especially the huge number of small and medium-sized airports,limited by the operating environment,personnel,facilities and equipment,and other factors,the development is extremely unbalanced,and the level of air traffic control support capabilities varies.together.The research on the air traffic control support capability of small and medium-sized airports can not only improve its air traffic control support system,but also carry out systematic training for airport professional practitioners in the later stage.This thesis first expounds the air traffic control support of small and medium airports to be studied,discusses the current situation of small and medium airports and air traffic control support capabilities,and based on the opinions of dozens of experts such as the seven regional administrations and the Second Civil Aviation Institute,the impact of air traffic control support capabilities.The initial index items are selected,and more than 7,000 index data are preprocessed,and the indexes are preliminarily screened to build the structure model of the air traffic control support capability index of small and medium airports.For the preprocessed index data,this thesis uses a combination of subjective and objective methods to calculate its comprehensive weight,and the objective weight calculation adopts the entropy weight-TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution)method to compare and verify to ensure that the objective weight of the obtained indicators is true and accurate;Subjective weights are calculated using questionnaires combined with AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)analytic hierarchy process.Then,the subjective weights and objective weights obtained by the two methods are weighted to obtain the comprehensive weights of the indicators,and they are analyzed item by item,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent improvement of the air traffic support capability of small and medium airports.This thesis uses the clustering results calculated by K-Means clustering,combined with the comprehensive weights of indicators and specific attribute values,to carry out scientific and meticulous attribute classification and guarantee ability classification for 192 small and medium-sized airports in China,and gives a specific method based on the actual situation.Suggested measures to enhance safeguarding capabilities.Finally,based on the classification of index attribute values,the index matter-element model is constructed with the help of matterelement extension method,and the actual operation data of the airport is used for example verification.This proves that both evaluation methods can be used in the evaluation of air traffic control support capability of small and medium airports,and each has its own advantages and disadvantages.To sum up,this thesis studies the classification of air traffic control support capabilities for small and medium-sized airports across the country,verifies the feasibility of two different evaluation methods,improves the status quo of my country’s long-standing vague classification of small and medium-sized airports,and improves the air traffic control for airports.The security system provides data support and lays the foundation for the later systematic training of small and medium-sized airport professionals. |
