| Perforation of tympanic membrane is one of the main reasons for both deafness and dyssaudia. We could improve and restore audition by restoring or replacing the tympanic membrane. So, whether you can make the spurious tympanic membrane successfully is one of the keys to a successful operation. Our research aims at researching the design and development technique of the spurious tympanic membrane that we can provide the requirement for tympanic membrane restore operation.This article on the foundation of successfully reconstructed the CAD model of the spurious tympanic membrane, incorporation the functional bionics research of spurious tympanic membrane, through the amending surfaces methods which mutually driven by geometry topological characteristic parameters and physical mechanics topological characteristic parameters, realized the design of spurious tympanic membrane. The design mostly follow the steps bellow:First of all, utilizing coordinate measuring machine measurement equipment, we measured tympanic membrane model precisely and digitally, then we obtained point cloud data directly. We transformed the file format, input the date to homologous software and reconstructed the CAD 3D-model of tympanic membrane with C2 continuity based on NURBS.Secondly, basing on the physical acoustics theory and combining special construction and the vibration mode of the tympanic membrane, we have researched structural parameters such as membrane moulding surface shape and membrane section's self-balancing functional characteristic which are driven by vibration distortion and boundary condition. So we made the mathematical model of membrane vibratory.Thirdly, this article takes the spurious tympanic membrane as analyses object, using finite element methods analyses its dynamic characteristics and vibratory response. And we also had the acoustical-stereo coupling analyses, then used ANSYS software to finish tympanic membrane vibratory acoustical-stereo coupling analyses. Using this method, not only do we guarantee spurious tympanic membrane moulding surface shape accord but also assure its functional bionics. So that we get the purpose of improving the tympanic membrane restore quality .At last, we used CATIA designing the mold of the tympanic membrane and we proceed CNC process using Mastercam software. |
