Braking performance of automobile ensures driving safely, with the fast progress of automobile industry and building of high speed road, human society has brought forward the more and more high request to the automobile security, braking performance are straightly related to the traffic safety. So all of the vehicle of develop newly or changed need the testing of braking performance. But the process of design and making of traditional vehicle, experience the process of " design—test—design and design—retesting—redesign", at last it will meet the needs of designer, and then make it on the market,. So the application of traditional design plan will prolong the period of design and increase the cost of design.To this, firstly discuss the importance of making of analysis of braking performance by the platform virtual environment and national and international research survey, discuss the development of vehicle dynamics simulation research by virtual technology, and put forward the design idea of using ADAMS/Car and MATLAB to simulate the braking performance of vehicle.Then, the elementary theory and concept of software support the platform of virtual environment, and go into particulars the simulation analysis of vehicle braking performance. And then built the front, rear suspension, steering, brake, body and so on based on the demand of research task; built the ABS fuzzy control system using MATLAB/Simulink, subsequently , made the analysis of with ABS and without ABS, got the braking distance, deceleration, side distance and so on, provided reliable reference for product design of enterprise.The research and results of this paper have not only provided the dynamics analysis model of develop vehicle and ABS fuzzy control system, and solved the factual problems. And what's more important is that on the stage of analysis and design develop, can forecast all kinds of performance of vehicle, enhance the design efficiency, shorten the develop period, reduced the develop cost, at the same time, support the reliable reference for product design, have the favorable economic value and social benefit.
