In view of the silo design requirements, the ANSYS APDL language and secondary development technology are used to develop a special program module which is for the silo static force analysis of parametric modeling. The main contents and results of the research are as follows:1. According to the structural characteristics and stress distribution of silos, a mechanics calculation model of a single warehouse and group of warehouse is established. Considering the relationship between the finite element modeling technology and the structure size of silo, the limited critical dimensions of silo structure are selected as the parameter for building silo finite element model.2. Based on ANSYS’s secondary developing function, the key dimension is chosen as a parameter, and a parametric special program module which was embedded into the ANSYS program of the single warehouse and group of warehouse is developed, and supplemented by the parameterized input with material properties of warehouse, realized finite element analysis’ s fast modeling and calculation of silos.3. Being aimed at stress of the key part of silos which are needed in structure strength design, a stress curve along the axial and hoop of the key parts’ location is specially set up.4. After a numerical verification of developed module’s function, the validation results show that the calculation match the analytical solution.5. With the special developed modules, you need less input parameters, but you can build models quickly, and the user manual is convenient for engineering application.With this software module, to the single warehouse and 2?2 group of warehouse with same materials, 2?2 group of warehouse with different kinds of materials, 3?3group of warehouse with same materials and different materials,it can automatically complete finite interactive element analysis. For other types of warehouse, on the basis of the existing warehouse type, through other operations,it’s also easy to complete finite element analysis.
