The Research Of Integrated Monitoring System Of Near Infrared Instrument

With the remarkable promotion of the INTERNET, the network integrated monitoring system has been more widely adopted and became the direction of manufacturing. The system that designed in this dissertation is a practical example of network integrated monitoring technology in the NIR (near infrared) field. The system, bases on a Client/Server network communication, synthesizes the technology of sensor, data acquisition, network communication, achieves the functions of integrated remotely monitoring, real time alert and data process of the spectrum. With the modeled and layered structure, it possesses the features as simple interface, strong adaptation, upgradeable and so on. Additionally, the second develop can be done to special the system to more applications.This dissertation mainly introduces the system summarization and the realization of system's function models. In the system summarization section, these are discussed in detail: research background of network monitoring system, configuration of network model, the selection of communication protocol, compartmentalization of system's function modules and etc. The realization of system section contains the software model and the hardware model. The software section is mainly discussed with the network communication component pack Indy programming and the USB technology of local sample system in the Delphi 7.0 environment. The hardware section is mainly discussed with the manufacture of the sensor circuits which were used to measure voltage, current, light intensity and sample room's temperature of the instrument.At the end of dissertation, it also gives some experiments to testify the system's reliability and stability. This system can record the running data of NIR instruments precisely at real time. These data can be used to assistant the rectification and maintain of the instruments.
