Along with the rapid development of urban construction, the project of hole excavated for building foundation surrounding protection increases day by day. And the construction scale is becoming bigger than before, more and more phenomenon and problems about the projects and involving aspects appear, in which hole excavated for building foundation supports and protections plan optimization is one item relating the structure security and the cost of the project .So the engineers and technicians pay much more attention on it. At present, the construction hole excavated for building foundation optimization divides into three level optimal patterns. First step, optimizing plans about supports and protections; Second step, optimization about the design details; Third step, optimizing information about the management of construction process. The thesis is concerned with the optimal plan about the hole excavated for building foundation supports and protections. By it, we may get the optimal suit of the project from the multitudinous design proposal and the best design proposal. Also we may achieve the stably, the security, the economy of the building foundation; Based on the thesis, the project accident can be reduced, Further more, we can get both the economic efficiency and the social efficiency; At last, it may protect the environment around the hole through the plan optimization. Of course we can get the environment benefit from the results .The thesis includes:First, the thesis analyzed the present situation and the trend of the development about the hole excavated for building foundation supports and protections, introduced the commonly plans used in the project about the hole excavated for building foundation supports and protections, And the thesis get the importance and the necessity about optimizing the plans.Second, the thesis introduced the elementary knowledge about engineering theory and by the value of engineering principle and some pertinent data, it summaries the function appraisal target system. With the weight expressed the target importance, the thesis determines the target with the analytic hierarchy process; The function assess on the applied the fuzzy assessment method, thus put the suggest and request of the structure based on the value engineering hole which is excavated for building foundation supports and protections.Third, based on the optimal plans, the thesis is used in the Yangzhou People International hotel's project of building foundation. The concrete process are the follows: (1) Design as far as possible many plans about the project's supports and protections; (2) Choose the plans based on the designed plans which is possible; (3) Contrast and analysis the choose plans; (4)Choose and decide the final design proposal after analyzing the plans based on the value engineering principle establishment model. Now the structure can be designed on the optimal determination plan. Finally we puts the proposal and the request of the construction and the quality control aiming at the hole's structure which is excavated for building foundation supports and protections.The thesis summarizes the plan optimal steps about the hole excavated for building foundation supports and protections, and provided each step's method. The thesis obtains the success applied in the hole excavated for building foundation supports and protections, and the optimal plan laid the foundation for the later apply of this method on the value engineering theory. The thesis also designs many plans and carries on the optimal which aims at the actual engineering project hole excavated for building foundation peripheral environmental condition, the engineering geology condition, the hydro geological conditions and so on. And the implemented plan guarantees the excavated for building foundation hole's stability. It also obtains the good economic efficiency and not creates any the peripheral construction affects.
