Research Of Key Technologies For NdFeB Permanent Magnet Integrated Starter Generator For Vehicle Applications

Study on fundamental principle of elertrical system on vehicle, performance characteristic of permanent magnet matiarial and the winding theory for novel current machines. Centrifugal type NdFeB integrated starter alternator which has double armature winding is proposed based on the analysis of engine and transmission on 14V power system.A centrifugal rotor which NdFeB is pasted at flywheel interior is designed after couting electromagnetism parameter and structure paramater, Triphase starter's winding and single phase generator's winding are nest parallelly different deep stator slot, and they used communally permanent magnet matiarial.Fundamental principle of start is analysed, controller which be formed of integration chip MC33035, power component PSMN008 and discrete electronic component.The mathematical model of the integrated starter alternator is presented and its corresponding simulation models and programs are got using a toolbox of MATLAB named simulink. The simulation results proclaim that control system scheme is feasible.Fundamental principle of generate electricity is analysed .A regulator circuit consist of benchmark circuit, compare circuit, trigger circuit for four-phase half-wave commutation circuit is designed. Selection of sampling capacitance and the influence of accumulator is analyzed through the protel and simulink in purpose to seek rationale elctronic component parameters.Flywheel, generator's rotor, starter's rotor are designed for oneness. NdFeB permanent magnet integrated starter alternator which could start instantly engine and output DC voltage stabilize at variable speed solves vehicle to output voltage stabilize at variable speed and variable load.
