| Hybrid power is one of the main technical routes to realize electric vehicle driving.Integrated starter generator(ISG)is the core component of vehicle hybrid power system,which has the functions of engine start and generator power supply,effectively reducing vehicle exhaust emissions and improving operating efficiency.In order to further improve the power density and response characteristics of this type of motor,this thesis studies the structural design method of double stator permanent magnet ISG and alternating pole rotor.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,aiming at the problem of motor design method,the basic structure and working principle of double stator permanent magnet ISG are discussed.The corresponding analytical models of electric and magnetic circuits are established.The conversion relationship between single and double stator design methods is discussed.According to the structure of two singlestator motors sharing cup rotor,a double-stator permanent magnet ISG scheme is designed.Secondly,aiming at the output characteristics of double stator permanent magnet ISG,a two-dimensional finite element numerical calculation model is established,and the output characteristics of electric state and power generation state are simulated and analyzed,including no-load electromagnetic performance,torque output in electric load state and electric power output capacity in power generation load state.The differences of driving capacity,overload capacity and material space utilization ratio between single stator and double stator permanent magnet ISG motors in electric state are analyzed.The influence of winding connection mode of double stator permanent magnet ISG motor on induced electromotive force is analyzed.Finally,in order to keep the output capacity of the motor constant and reduce the amount of permanent magnets,the performance of the motor with alternating pole rotor structure is studied.Combined with the scheme of double stator permanent magnet ISG motor,the design method of alternating pole rotor structure is studied,and the simulation test is carried out. |
