Recently, Ethemet and TCP/IP have been gradually applied in automatizationindustry and developed into an Industry Ethernet meeting the needs of industry field,because that the standardization of International fieldbus technique hasn't reachedperfect result. This technique can be compatible with commercial Ethernet(IEEE802.3).But, medium accessing control mode of industry Ethernet is CSMA/CD. Itsessence is unreal-time, so whether Ethernet can be extended adown and applied inindustry field instruments is always the bone of contention and hotspot of research.This paper gives a simple summarization of development and techniquecharacteristics of industry control net and electric transmitters. TCP/IP protocol isimportant gist to realize communication by Ethernet. This paper analyses the TCP/IPprotocol and introduce the method to realize the link layer, network layer, transportlayer, application layer, in addition, it adds security strategy in the protocol shack. Thehardware system uses dual-MCU to realize all modules. In the last chapter, it simplyintroduce the manage software in PC.
