Electricity for large-scale petrochemical enterprises in a number of substations, load concentration, power supply reliability of high urgency to establish cover all the electricity substation scheduling system to improve the automation level and the detection and ability to handle incidents. With the rapid development of information technology, scheduling the level of automation and technology continues to improve for the construction of petrochemical enterprises for power scheduling system provides the necessary technological base.This article first discusses the substation automation system, data communication technology base. On this basis, combined with petrochemical enterprise characteristics and requirements of the actual situation and specific projects designed for Ethernet-based petrochemical enterprise-wide scheduling system power program. With the traditional use of serial communication constitute scheduling systems, the program not only the master scheduler using Ethernet mode, remote sub-station and the substation automation system is also used Ethernet mode. This scheduling system designed for the petrochemical hierarchical structure of communication network, using virtual LAN (VLAN) and Layer switching technology to achieve a flexible scheduling system network configuration, and the use of firewall technology to ensure network security. At the same time, this paper also put forward the main points of the scheduling hardware and software requirements, design of the substation automation subsystem. In the end, this paper designed and implemented Lanzhou Petrochemical construction of electric power dispatching system, and this system has been summarized and prospects that future scheduling in Ethernet platform can create wide area measurement system (WAMS), the use of visualization technology, expand the system information collection and enhanced application of advanced analytical capabilities.
