Combined with examples of project, it does analyses and researches separatelyby using SATWE software which developed by CABR with the tall-building structurethat has transfer story in different height, the structure that has the irregular plan withtransformation story and the structure that has vary ratio of Lateral Stiffness withtransfer story. It gives some noticeable design proposals.And it discuses the infection of seismic bearing state for the tall buildingstructure when transfer story located in different height. The devotion of all rankmodals to base shear does not monotonic decreasing with the increase by degrees ofmodals, and it should get enough modals to calculate the seismic responses. Itdiscusses the different influence of structure period, displacement ratio andtorsional capacity under the action of horizontal earthquake force between the tallbuilding structure of irregular and regular plan with transformation story, especiallythe difference between the both when transfer story located in different height. Thelateral displacement stiffness of the transfer story can be changed by shifting thethickness of shear wall of the up story in transfer story where it located in ahigh-level and did not change its height. Compared by calculation, it discloses thathuge difference of stiffness ratio in building structure must be avoided. When thecircumstance occurs, the lateral stiffness ratio of structure must be adjusted, that is,increase the stiffness of lower structure of large bay and decrease the stiffness ofupper structure especially exterior wall, or adjust the quality distribution of structure.Also this article makes some complement calculation for the seismic response of thiskind of structure in using elastic time history analysis, and compare the calculationwith the result of SATWE.
