Research On Thermal Environment Analysis And Design Strategy Of Residential Quarter In Chongqing

Whether the residence space is comfortable or not has been one of the important standards to judge the living quality. As the improvement of living level, raising of material and ideological civilization requirements, people wants more about the quality of residence, building a good thermal environment is one part to improve the entire quality of subdistrict.This article focuses on the Chongqing subdistrict with montanic feature, trying to found sound ways to build thermal environment in subdistrict well.Firstly, making statistical analysis on the climatic factors which influence thermal environment of subdistrict, concluding main characters of summer part in year with typical meteorologic data as important foundation to design thermal environment of subdistrict in Chongqing. The author summed up space form types and thermal environment characters in Chongqing, put forwords design rules suiting local circumstances.Then taking one typical montanic residence as example to make summer thermal environment survey, based on the current theories and field surveys, trying to use the physical simulation software——PHOENICS to make simulation analysis of this residence. According to the discussion of survey result, putting forward some design suggestions to improve thermal environment of subdistrict and evaluating the results of improvement as well.At last Basing on the simulation analysis of the thermal environment, the author summed up some tissues to make designer master PHOENICS soon and put it to the use of thermal environment simulation together with residential quarter design well.
