CHC Few Teeth Difference Reducer is a new type of planetary gear transmission device. Because of its large transmission ratio, high ratio of power quality, compact structure, high driving efficiency and many other advantages, it has been gradually applied in engineering, chemical machinery and automatic control and other industrial areas. It has a broad market space for development.Because it's the lack of the corresponding national standards, some of the key components design parameters lack theoretical basis. The paper is aim to improve the system dynamic performance, to establish CHC Few Teeth Difference Reducer with few teeth difference transmission system dynamics model, and with the aid of simulation software ADAMS and ANSYS respectively on the machine and fewer teeth difference transmission system of key components of the internal teeth plate analysis.1. we should include input shaft bending deformation, tension and compression deformation of internal teeth plate and bearing deformation, to establish this type few teeth difference transmission dynamics model.2. In Pro/E platform for3D parametric modeling and virtual assembly process, we use Pro/E software parametric functions to realize gear parametric modeling, complete the three-dimensional model of CHC Few Teeth Difference Reducer in the assembly. It can establish a virtual prototype model and finite element model.3. With multi body system dynamics and ADAMS, we import3D model into ADAMS combined with the MECH/pro interface. Then we establish the virtual prototype to carry on the dynamic characteristics of analysis of the simulation.4. As for the key part of the internal teeth plate, we analyze it with modal analysis, Use the finite element analysis software of ANSYS as a tool to research vibration problems and natural frequency. As for that, we can design the internal teeth plate to avoid resonance to provide reference for further, CHC type small tooth difference speed reducer for other types of dynamics analysis to provide a reliable basis. Base on theory model, CAD model and simulation of data and conclusions,the physical prototype production and manufacturing has a certain reference value.Through this research we can also provide other types with different models of product design and analysis for reference.
