With the development of society, economy, science and technology, large living spaces and low energy consumption of structure are required. Large composit slab with sparkling cement meets the demand of people, which is new energy efficient building materials with load capacity, warm, light, insulation for sound and heat, fire-resistantd and durable capacity.The slab is composited by steel frame, steel truss, sparkling cement and normal cement. At present, there is no design code for such steel frame slab. Thus it is realistic significance to study on the simplified design method in limited state for the slab.Based on 3.0m×7.5mlarge composite slab with sparkling cement material, main purpose of this text is through the analysis of the theory and the finite element method model to reflect the mechanical properties, and to study the design approach of limited state for large cement concrete material composite slab.This paper first experiments on six 3.0m×7.5m large cement concrete material composite slabs in three groups, and get the curves which reprented the relationship between the development of the deflection and the load,the crack case, the final failure form and part of each group. After doing some rearch on the getting results,the main power-transmission parts of the large cement concrete material composite slab with diffirent internal structure layout form were established.Then this paper builds finite element model of the composite slab by the finite element program ANSYS, then calculates the theoretical mechanical performance. Mechanical properties of theoretical similar with the comparison of mechanical properties of test, so I can say this model perform well. By using this model, I can further on my rearch on the design approach in limited state.In the end, the simplified design approach in limited state for 3.0m×7.5mlarge cement concrete material composite slab were propsed depending on the test and the finite element modle, also were the design approach of the distributed plane designed load and standard load. Contrasting the designed load calculated by the design approach of limited state with the value which were given in the State Atlas,the contrasting tesults are similer, which proves that the design approach of limited propsed in this essy is right and can be applied into the actual engineering.
