As one of the main roof of grain warehouse in China,the structure of reinforced concrete arch slab and roof truss belongs to the structure of space slab and shell,which is mainly composed of upper chord board,lower chord board and clapboard.In order to make rational use of existing resources,the state food administration has launched the "sunshine project" nationwide.Most of these warehouses were built around 1990,and changing their functions and uses requires testing,evaluation,and design.This paper briefly describes the research status of reinforced concrete arch slab roof frame at home and abroad,through the discussion of the structural requirements and construction measures of reinforced concrete arch slab roof frame structure in China,as well as the theoretical analysis of the calculation of the existing concrete arch slab roof frame,the basic mechanical performance of the arch slab roof frame is obtained.Combined with a grain warehouse project in tianjin,the current damage survey,section size test,concrete strength test were carried out,according to the relevant provisions of the current code roof truss bearing capacity check.Through the ANSYS finite element software to carry on the modeling analysis to the arch plate roof truss,analyzed the arch plate roof truss' s force and the deformation,obtained the arch plate roof truss' s basic force and the deformation characteristic,the simplified theoretical calculation result and the numerical analysis result are basically consistent.This paper summarizes and analyzes the damage problems of concrete arch slab and roof truss,and puts forward the corresponding reinforcement method.The method and calculation principle of external prestress reinforcement are emphatically studied,and the anchorage device,tensioning method and steering device in external prestress reinforcement are analyzed.Based on the design and calculation of external prestress reinforcement of lower chord slab structures with insufficient bearing capacity in actual engineering,the basic transformation system of external prestress reinforcement in arch slab roof truss structure is summarized,which provides reference for similar projects.
