Study On Traffic Impact Analysis Of Chongqing Municipality

With the quick development of social economy and city construction, the transportation problem is outstanding gradually. As the only western municipacity belongs to our country diretly, a mountainous and river city, Chongqing's transportation problem is more outstanding. The problem of transportation , which hinders the improvement of the development of social economy and the people's living standard, has been a worldwide problem. All of the world are deploring the effective method for it. How to solute the transportation problem from its origination, estimate the effects on the environment made by the projects will be out of the standard or not, provide the basis for the examination,approval and the traffic management of the projects ,in order to make transportation and the city develop moderatly and find the scientic method to avoid the unnecessary losses,which has been the expectation of the world. The paper is written under this underground.The paper sets out from the introduction of the present condition, the develop process, the existing problem of the traffic impact analysis of abroad and our country; then analyzes the necessity to make traffic impact analysis in Chongqing according to the actual circumstance of Chongqing Municipality, establishes the frame and the process and method of traffic impact analysis in Chongqing, makes the classification of projects with the method of "comparision with the same kind project" and " analysis based on the level ", makes the threshold and the scope of all projects of different scale and different types in different areas by making the mathematical models with transportation engineering knowledge, puts forward the solution of transportation influence of all projects with the mothed of " system enginering ", establishes the model,the policy and the standard of transportation impact fee , establishs "the guide of traffic impact analysis of projects in Chongqing" , and gives the traffic impact analysis of Nan An sports center as an example to test the valuation of the paper not only today but also in the future.
