Study On Several Problems Of Traffic Impact Analysis In The Construction Item

Traffic impact analysis(TLA)has been developed for quite a few time in USA,Canada and Japan etc.. These countries have established standards and criterions based on many experience. In our country, a few cities have made some Practices on TIA in recent 10 years. The result indicates that it's useful to configure reasonably and instruct scientifically for urban land utility and item construction. Also planning management departments have been aware of the significance and necessity of TIA, and consider it should be a system. But there are a few Problems through the TIA experiences in our country, for example, absence of research on methods, standards and criterions, lack of aptitude management system etc..In this dissertation, foundation theories and research system of traffic impact analysis are introduced. Based on the research of TIA in foreign country and our country, this dissertation systematically analyzes the problems of TIA currently in our country, and carries on its research. In this dissertation, the management procedure, draw up contents, theory methods and carry out countermeasures etc. of TIA in keeping with our country characteristics are put forward, such as a method that on the basis of the equivalent traffic capacity feedback model for the threshold of TIA, "Construction Item Traffic Impact Analysis Opinion" and "Construction Item Traffic Impact Analysis Report". Its research emphasis is TIA's Practicability method. In the dissertation, the whole Process of TIA is decomposed in eight parts of contents. Among the eight processes, dissertation plays the emphasis on the make sure of research extension and year and traffic prediction, because these parts are the keys to the analysis results.This study put forward one kind of model which decide study area--CloudModel, and put forward suggestions for making sure of research extension and year in actual work; Traffic prediction is researched by the traditional four-stage method, and the methods and models of traffic prediction in keeping with our country are put forward. At last this study verifies TIA theory and method system by discussing the TIA process of the "Yi Jiang Nan" dwelling district in Xi'an.
