In recent years,the demand for railway passenger transport capacity is increasing,the R & D task of electric locomotive at 160km/h speed has emerged as the times require.At the same time,drivers need to respond faster and concentrate more,and operate more devices simultaneously.Considering the operation reliability of the locomotive and the requirement of people oriented,while regulating the driving procedure,it should be paid more attention to the equipment and device related to the locomotive operation,that is,the ergonomics design of the locomotive cab,which ensures the comfort of the driver and correctness and efficiency of driving the locomotive.Firstly,a questionnaire is used to investigate the on-the-job electric locomotive drivers.The contents of the questionnaire mainly include environmental factors and equipment factors.After obtaining the original data,the paper obtains the potential factors by a factor analysis,and the structure equation model is constructed by combining with the reality,and the influence of each factor on the man-machine ring system of whole cab is quantified.It is concluded that the control table is complex and its proportion is the largest.The control table is man-machine interface of locomotive.It is influential for driver completing the task precisely.Therefore,this paper focuses on the human engineering research and design of the control table.Secondly,the types of manipulator devices in locomotive cab are evaluated through manual control device evaluation method and the results of driver interview.Putting every display and controller part in the best position,so that the whole layout plan will achieve the maximum ergonomics principle.The cluster analysis method is used to complete the device classification.Finally,on the basis of the device classification,the device is classified according to the statistical data to determine the priority of each device.The human size of the man-machine interface layout of the electric locomotive should be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Chinese adult human body size.Thus the paper can determine the geometric parameters of the man-machine interface of the room control table.Finally,the layout principles of the importance,frequency,function,sequence and accessibility of each device are considered,and the layout of the display parts and control devices of the cab control table of electric locomotive are carried out in combination with the application principle of the human body size,the position of the driver's eye point,the position range of the controller,the position of the dashboard and the angle range.Through the questionnaire analysis,the selection of the controller parts,the classification and classification of the control devices,the determination of the geometric parameters of the man-machine interface and the man-machine engineering criteria of the control table layout,the design and completion of the driver's cab control platform,which meets the requirements of the project design and the related standards,makes the driver have a more safe,comfortable,reasonable and convenient working environment,which lays a foundation for the successful development of the whole vehicle.
