Process Quality Control System

Product quality is the reflection of a country's integration strength and the key factor of economical development and external trade. To ensure the process quality is the essential prerequisite to assure the product quality. The process quality control based on computer is the objective requirement and fundamental guarantee to improve product quality, and one of the most practical significant research contents in quality control.This paper aims at the system software development in process quality control to satisfy the request of process quality control. To provide a tool of fast and effective and convenient at process quality control.The major coverage of this paper as follows:(1)The concept of quality control is introduced. Application in productive and present investigation in domestic and international on process quality control is discussed.(2)The working procedure and process quality control is discussed. Process quality fluctuation is analyzed. The lost of process quality control fluctuation is calculated. Computer technology which is used in process quality control is briefly introduced.(3)The whole architecture which is made up of the base layer, the data layer, the tool layer and the function layer is constructed. The information model of process quality control is analyzed. The whole function frame of the system is put forward. The entity relation tool is used to design the information model of the system.(4)The technology which is related to the system is analyzed, the process capacity index is calculated. The control chart can be divided into the control figure for analyzing and control figure for controlling. When one working procedure hasn't been assessed stability, the control figure for analyzing is used to assess the stability. After one working procedure is stable the control figure for controlling is used to control the process quality. The flow chart of the control figure for analyzing and the control figure for controlling is recounted. Four quality improvement tool, Pareto diagram, cause and effect diagram, scatter diagram and histogram, is offered in the system and it can be used to help the quality management to analyze the abnormity effectively.(5)According to the measurement data the control chart that can be selected are x -R control chart, x -S control chart, X-Rs control chart. According to the enumeration data the control chart that can be used is P control chart.
