Landscape Evaluation Of Grassland Road In Inner Mongolia

With the development of social and the construction of road, people can not be satisfaction with the basic function of road. Accordingly scholars of china and abroad have done many research about the evaluation of road landscape from different angles and methods. But we do not form the mature index evaluation system. Even the evaluation of grassland road landscape is a vacant research field.Moreover along with the development of economy, the density of road network is continual increase on the grassland district which has fragile ecological environments. But people has put forward higher request to the ecological environment and landscape protect. This thesis research launches under that background.This paper introduces the concept and characteristic of road landscape. Grassland road of Inner Mongolia is regarded as a research object so that we can summarize the trait of clime and landscape. This paper confirms index evaluation system of Inner Mongolia grassland road with Quantitative and Qualitative Methods from the environment, function and esthetics which are based on three aspects of landscaping. Based on the general analysis of evaluation methods about road landscape both at home and abroad, this paper choose method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to evaluate landscape of grassland road. A part of Inner Mongolia interprovincial Channels is taken as an example to validate practical applicability and validity of selective methods.
