| With the country’s popularization of prefabricated structures and the rapid development of new energy-saving wall panels,the industrialization of new buildings has become the development trend of China’s construction industry,and research on prefabricated new wall panels is imperative.Autoclaved aerated concrete has the advantages of light weight and high strength,good thermal insulation,sound insulation performance,strong processability,environmental protection and waste.In this paper,prefabricated ALC slab wall is proposed,and the seismic performance test and theoretical research of ALC slab wall are carried out.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The material mechanical performance test of ALC slab wall was carried out.The compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the autoclaved aerated concrete cube specimens were tested;the compressive strength of its special mortar binder was also tested.The test determines the mechanical properties of the wall materials.The test results show that the mechanical properties meet the requirements of the code.(2)Experimental study on seismic performance of 6 walls.The failure process,failure phenomenon,corresponding load characteristics and displacement characteristic values of each wall are obtained,and the hysteresis,skeleton curve,stiffness degradation curve,energy consumption coefficient and ductility coefficient of ALC slab wall under different parameter designs are compared and analyzed.Differences and commonalities.The experimental research shows that the structural form of the row plate has little effect on the wall stress distribution,failure form,shear bearing capacity and ductile energy consumption;the internal reinforcement of the board can make the wall stress distribution more uniform and improve the wall resistance Shearing capacity reduces the rate of rigidity degradation of the wall,making the wall more ductile and more energy-consuming,especially in the case of structural columns: cracking and ultimate load can be increased by about 50%.The design of structural columns can increase the ultimate bearing capacity of the wall and increase the energy consumption coefficient,but the ductility is reduced.In order to make the reinforced concrete construction column fully play its role and contribute more to the bearing capacity of the wall,it is recommended to set the construction column ALC wall to strengthen the performance of the plate itself and strengthen the connection between the wall plate and the construction column,such as setting tie bars.(3)Check the calculation formula of seismic and shear capacity for ALC slab wall.Based on the test,according to the material and stress characteristics of the ALC slab wall,according to the calculation formula of the shear capacity of the wall given in the code,thewall without reinforcement,the reinforcement within the plate,and the structured column wall are provided according to the code Corresponding check calculations were carried out.The experimental values ??are in good agreement with the calculated values ??of theoretical formulas,and have a certain safety reserve,which can provide references for future research on the calculation of the shear capacity of the ALC slab wall,and provide theoretical basis for the application of the wall to actual engineering. |
