Research On Modern Control System Of Refrigerator

Along with the popularization of domestic refrigerator , people need more and more highlier to the control function of refrigerator ,which puts forward the higher requirement to refrigerator controller, and multi-functional with intelligentization is one of the required direction . Traditional mechanical type and simple electronic control have been hard to satisfy the developing requirement .This thesis adopts 8051 singl-chip computers of MCS-51 series as the nucleus of controller to control the work course of refrigerator . The circuit uses temperature sensor to test the temperature of freezer and refrigerator, then the temperature data is sent into the singl -chip computer , being analyzed and judged, when the temperature of boiler is higher than the fixed temperature , then starting the compressor , when the temperature is lower than the certain temperature level, then stopping the compressor , thus the temperature of refrigerator can be keeped in the certain fixed temperature scope . In addition , it is also realized to fix and display the temperature of freezer and refrigerator by keyboard, fix and display the continuous fast freezed time, warn to exceed the fixed time of opening the door, warn to exceed work voltage scope, and defrost automatically etc.Not only the research is fit for the modern automatic control of the refrigerator state , but also possess the important meaning to the automatic control of the samemechanical electronic equipment state.
