Stability question of slope analysis is always an important research subject in civil engineering. Many learners have researched in this domain, but we can still discover several flaws in the theory. So, the theory needs to be improved. the stability of slope analysis includesqualitative analysis method and quantitative analysis method. Qualitative analysis method is to bring forward a qualitative explain to the stability condition and possible developing trend of researched Slope. Quantitative analysis method is to appraise Stable security of slop quantitatively by applying value analytic method,Plastic limit method, slicesmethod, reliabilify of safety method and fuzzy mathematics method。In General engineering optimization problem, all the need is to get a better partial optimization solution to lead to best answer. And the question of landslide and stability of slope is different from this, the global optimization solution for any partial optimization solution may overestimate the safety coefficient.SA is a kind of value method which can solve global optimization problem. SA simulates the process in which a kind of melted matter gradually cool until it rimes originates from statistical physics.SA applies random simulations object annealing process to draw the solution according to solution process is similar with melted matter annealing process. That is to adjust the parameters according to control parameters until the select parameter can make energy function to get the minimum in the whole process. SA is much more accurate, faster for it optimizes the minimum in whole process.After reading many native and foreign references, and analyzing and comparing them, author uses select computational method to optimize Safety coefficient formulas by analyzing and comparing Limit zero-method of slope. the program to calculate was compiled, then prove that the method is correct and feasible by comparing calculation result with actual engineering data. simulation annealing algorithm (SA) may accept the new solution by certain probability,When the answer is calculated, it not easy to fall into the partial extreme value,the sliding surface of higher safety coefficient would be accepted, It is suitable for the side slope such a global optimization question this algorithm restraining probability is equal to one, while compileing procedure the consideration overflow phenomenon does not need to consider, through the control damping factor, the ground state was achieved very quickly, A definite solution may obtain in several seconds to several minutes, thus it can be seen this method conveniences and quickness...
