The System Research Of Urban Strategic Planning

Facing unceasing advances of the economical globalization and the more big regional adjustment of production element, the traditional urban planning under the planned economy adapts the new economical relations with difficulty, so the city needs to carry on long term planning to aim at the changeable environment if it would obtain the long-enduring development. Our national urban planning system must instruct urban strategic planning for long-term development because the urban matter physical plan formed the effective instruction with difficulty to long-term development of the urban social economy. There is no perfect urban strategic planning and implementation of the theoretical system framework, especially in our cities and strategic planning is still in the initial stage of exploration, and so choice of studying urban planning strategy has important theoretical and practical significance.The goal of Paper "The System Research of Urban Strategic Planning"is to establish brand-new, especially to instruct the urban development, the more perfect theoretical system of urban strategic plan and the establishment pattern. The primary mission is to construct the elementary theoretical pattern of the urban strategic planning, in order to carry on the analysis to the urban strategic planning of each composition department, profiting from the strategic plan in geographic, the economic, the military study "Sun Zi Bing fa" and the theoretical method of the enterprise's strategic planning. The research expounds that the region background, the economical industry, the spatial development are the urban strategic planning's technical core, proposing to the strategic planning's structure, the stratification plane, the content and the method discussion with my opinion in the period of graduate student's work.
