The arable land area in our country decreased gradually, it is inseparable from abusing land for sintering brick. Moreover, it is negative from the environmental point of view. Therefore, this has caused the relevant departments great attention. Recently, our country has included priority support projects of vigorously promoting the use of non-kiln brick. Therefore the significance of developing a new type of non-kiln brick machine with high performance is far-reaching.According to the specific equipment requirements and parameters provided by the client, the specific study is made in the first chapter of the thesis, namely the entire system is composed of the actuator of non-kiln brick machine, hydraulic pump station system and PLC control system. Based on UG, the 3-D modeling design and the motion simulation of the actuator of the non-kiln brick machine have been completed. The 3-D modeling design and specific quantitative design of the hydraulic pump station system have been designed. PLC control system is used as a hub for both automatic and manual control of the two ways so that the safety of the system can be ensured effectively.Non-kiln brick machine studied in this thesis has smaller volume and higher efficiency, can be used to produce the solid non-kiln brick or the hollow one which can support high pressure load. According to the requirements, in the second chapter of the thesis the structure design that make the appending part, the brick pressing part and the brick dropping part lay on the same area is proposed, and the time spending on the auxiliary action can be coincided with the basic action's partly or completely. In order to embody the structural design notions and escape the faults that are happened in assembling or acting, the whole structure of non-kiln brick machine is completed on the base of UG and the kinematics simulation is also researched. Presently, the force of most domestic brick machine is provided by using the motor driven by the crank-link mechanism through belts. Apart from the itinerary constraint, the impact is low, replacement parts are often needed. These defects are difficult to overcome by it. For the above reasons, in the third chapter we determined that the power of the actuator of the non-kiln brick is offered by the hydraulic pump system. And we have concretely studied the hydraulic system structure, working principle arid process control, and then the detailed calculation is explained. The composing of hydraulic pump system is designed by using UG in order to ensure the stability of entire system and make the system work efficiently.Because the requirement of automatic control of machine, we do a lot of researches. The working order of the non-kiln brick machine is controlled by PLC in terms of the sensitivity and stability analysis of control scheme. The I/Os of PLC have been assigned according to the control request of system in this paper, and the program is designed. There is a particular explication in chapter four.As shown in the thesis, the system is made of the actuating mechanism driving force of non-kiln brick machine, the system of hydraulic pressure pump station and PLC control system according to the order of design. The equipment of the system can get away from the serious miscarriage efficiently when we take the practical examination through the simulation for the principle and assemblage, which have proved the simulation of UG soft successful. It has provided a basis for the research in aftertime. The stationarity of system could be improved if the system of hydraulic pressure pump station is the power source, and the system can realize the overload protection easily. It realizes the time sequence automatic control through the combination of hydraulic control technologies and PLC technologies. Thereby the hydraulic system can accomplish anticipative control arrangement more exactly and more skillfully.
