| This paper aims to digest and absorb American AECT company compressed soil brick device’s technology,through the analysis of compressed soil brick device’s working principle and structure,combine problems reflected in the use,design and manufacture a compressed soil brick machine which can manufacturing automatically under PLC control.The hydraulic soil bricks compression molding machine is movable,including soil filter means,soil mixing apparatus,quantitative material filling system,compression molding system,brick output system and electrical control system.Among them,the hydraulic unit and the main structure is a core part of the whole piece of equipment,is the main contents of this paper.This paper mainly design compressed soil brick machine’s overall structure,mold,feeding equipment,hydraulic systems,etc.In design of the mechanical system,through in-depth research and redesign of chassis,hoppers,transfer,molding and other parts,using today’s popular CAD,Solidworks software to draw out the various parts diagram and assembly drawings,design a simple structure,materials least,not only reliably complete the process,but also to ensure adequate institution life.In design of the hydraulic system,according to the design performance requirements,designed the whole hydraulic system and some main hydraulic parts calculation,selection,etc,mainly including repression cylinder design verification,Cloth cylinder’ s design verification,selection of the hydraulic pump,determine of the diesel power,choice of hydraulic auxiliary member,etc.According to the characteristics of the hydraulic system,using pressure gauge monitoring system pressure,using pressure sensors,relays,etc so that the system pressure stable,make the hydraulic system to complete the set action in the PLC control,ensure the system safe and reliable. |
