Fly ash autoclaved brick is a kind of new wall materials, which was independent research with independent intellectual property rights. It could not only replace sintered clay brick, but also resolve the problem of fly ash. So fly ash autoclaved brick get the support of national policy. However, due to the quality problems, the main reason why its further development was limited was that there were many shortages in the molding process;The quality of brick affected the safety of people's lives and property directly. So the quality is a big problem that can not be ignored. According to the research tasks of this thesis, in domestic and foreign, the development present situation of the pressure brick machine was investigated in detail. At present,most pressure brick machines were used in domestic, which was mostly the mechanical drive type and the vibration type. There were many shortages such as low forming pressure, single-sided quick pressure, large amounts of gas which was difficult to exhaust in the mold frame, and lamination crack was lead in the brick. The technology has got behind and need to improve.According to the client's design requirements and improvement measures, we used hydraulic transmission instead of the mechanical drive. a set of hydraulic system was designed which with high technical and suitable requirements. We used the slow pressure instead of the quick pressure, exhausted repeatedly, and pressure-keeping. The mold frame adopted floating technology,and the single-sided hydraulic cylinder was used to realize the manufacturing technique of the double-sided pressure, which not only removed a hydraulic cylinder and reduced the external dimensions of the machine, but also saved cost. The pressure cylinder was used to provide high-pressure oil for to the master cylinder, this method reduced the maximum working pressure of the main hydraulic pump, and made the system work more stably. According to the workflow and control requirements of the brick machine, on the basis of hydraulic system design, we designed a set of automatic control system for the brick press through the analysis of various control schemes. The control system adopted PLC of Mitsubishi Q series as the principal controller, and the corresponding I/O functional modules were chosen. Each solenoid valves were distributed a I/O port, and the special programming software Mitsubishi GX Developer was used to write ladder-diagram programs, then control requirements was achieved. HITECH touch screen was used as the man-machine interaction platform, which could communicate with the PLC directly. We could change technological parameter conveniently during production. The control panel was designed by the special human-computer interface authoring software ADP. The picture is beautiful. Operation was simple, intuitive, and more humanized. Ideal man-machine interaction effect was obtained.The actual operation showed that the hydraulic system was running high reliability, good stability, and could meet the design requirements. The structure of electrical control system was compact, displayed the merit of PLC and the touch screen fully, and the brick machine realized the automated production. |
