The Research On Highway Maintenance Management Modernization Of Ningbo City

Since the Reform and Open-up, the transportation infrastructure construction of our country has surmounted the stage of "bottleneck restriction", and rapidly developed to the stage of "gradual alleviation". The rapid development has established the distinguished service for the national economy fast development. In recent years, each place referred to the overseas developed country advanced experience, has carried out the transportation modernization research in abundance. The highway maintenance modernization which is important link of the transportation modernization, but actually has not brought to enough attention. Taking this as the background, the thesis conducts the research on the Ningbo highway maintenance management modernization.In the thesis, these three basic questions of highway maintenance has been studied: the Connotation and appraise model, management analysis and decision-making model, the analysis and appraise of Ningbo highway maintenance modernization. On the issue of the connotation and appraise model, using the studies of modernization theories and management theories to show the connotation of highway maintenance modernization, constitute the appraise index system. On the issue of highway management analysis and decision model, by analyzing the decision need and decision method of highway maintenance, constitute the appraise index system of highway maintenance decision-making by analyzing the highway conditions, and put forward the highway maintenance management decision-making model of Ningbo city, constitute the highway maintenance management-intelligent decision support system. According to results of two questions research mentioned and of the transportation modernization research, by means of thorough analysis of actuality of Ningbo highway maintenance management, nailed down the target of Ningbo highway maintenance management, validated the 2002's and 2005's integrative index of Ningbo highway management modernization, nailed down the 2010's metaphase target of highway maintenance modernization and put forward the current measures to advance the stage of Ningbo highway maintenance modernization.At present, few people are engaged in the study of the highway maintenance modernization theory in China. This thesis combining the reality of highway maintenance with modem management theories, and using Qualitative and quota method, has preliminary established the study system of highway maintenance modernization. The results of example research provide the basis reference to the highway maintenance organization for scientific decision-making.
