On the end of the 1990s, logistics parks appeared in our country. With the growing of logistics in the new century, many cities put forward policies to promote the construction of logistics parks. In order to build up the special centralization and radiation for the urban, relax the pressure of urban transportation, promote the perfect structure of the industry and optimize the land structure.As a hub of city freight transportation, logistics parks are often located in the places with convenient traffic condition. With the characteristics that trucks gather together and dissipation in great quantities, it usually brings serious traffic jam and influences the efficiency of the surrounding roads. The purpose of traffic planning for the logistics park is to construct logistics park in all things considered. This paper forecasts the traffic of logistics park so that he influence to the external traffic of logistics park can be estimated. Based on it, people can take corresponding measure and means to insure the efficiency of the whole road network, further more, to promote the moderate development of land use and city traffic.Firstly, the paper analyses the relation between logistics park and external traffic by qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The paper expounds how the external traffic of logistics park influence the zoning scheme of internal domain, analyses interaction mechanism between logistics park and external traffic, estimate the maximum area basing on the external traffic of logistics park.Secondly, the paper puts forward the mentality and process for traffic planning of logistics park external. The paper creates indexes through causal relation method to finish traffic budget of logistics park, uses related coefficients method to finish traffic distribution, uses non-equilibrium model to proceed traffic assignment. The paper further discusses lay-out of road, design of motorway and lane safety etc.Finally, the paper optimizes the performance of the lane network. Through software and hardware, it is the optimization of road network and the optimization of transport organization that achieves the intensive construction and efficient operation services.
