The transportation is the base of the national economy. With the development of society and economy,we need much better transportation system. The Maglev Vehicle must be the best way for the passenger transport in 21st century, because it is faster, safer and working better in protecting environment and saving energy. As the Shanghai business line went into working and the plan of the line between Shanghai and Hangzhou got passed,it is becoming an increasing demand to localize the maglev technology. After a simple introduction of the principle of the electronic tracklayer, this thesis focuses on expounding the design and realization of the brake system. At present the electronic vehicles are driven by rotary electromotor.Through the convey system, the power is transferred to the wheel. It tends to have some disadvantages such as the complicated convey system, the large power loss, the slow velocity and position response etc.But in linear motion field, the linear motor has overwhelming advantages.Based on the experimental maglev vehicle, the main content of this dissertation is as follows:1.Design of hydraulic pressure brake system;2.Design of electrical brake system;3.The analysis and design of eddy current system. After introducing the principle of permanent magnet eddy-current brake, the dissertation analyses the model using FEM software ANSYS and gets the distribution of magnetic field and the braking force, then optimizes the parameters to achieve the best braking performance.According to the design need for EV,electrical brake system, mechanical brake are joint Experiments were carried out to confirm the feasibility of such programs. Key words:Electronic Tracklayer;Linear Motor;Permanent magnet eddy-current brake, mechanical brake system;electrical brake system;Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)...
