| The process resources of mechanical manufacturing is the most important technology information resources for mechanical process in enterprise of manufacturing, it also is an important information foundation for process resources in designing process regulations, constituting produce scheme and controlling produce product. The object of developing process resources information management system based on network technology is to share process resources information and offer relatively coherent process resources. It can improve process data's veracity and consistency in whole enterprise.According to fact requirement of process resources information management system, this paper put forward a configuration and an implementing scheme of distributed process resources information management system for mechanical manufacturing, and searched after the key technology of system development.This paper consists of five chapters, main content is as follows:1. Development of Internet technology and its effect on manufacturing informatization, development general situation of CAPP technology and its effect on advanced manufacture technology, devise measure and application actuality of CAPP system in our country are presented in chapter one.2. The status and effect of process resources information management in CAPP is analyzed. The modules of relationship between processes are built. Basic function of process resources information management system is confirmed.3. The system structure and function modules are designed. Analyses the flow of information, building information module and designing database are finished.4. The key technology and method used in system realization are presented, such as multi-layer system structure based on J2EE, object-oriented programming, and distributed database management.5. A suitable software and hardware environment, the network topological and structure main function of process resources information management system are presented in this paper. |
