Along with the exploitation of renewable energy, human being knows more about it. Because the independent wind power system or PV system have limitation, this subject choose to research wind-PV system, and did experiment and analysis to the power matching optimizing of wind and photo, as well as the cost calculation.This subject illuminated the unit structures and principles, and introduced the application characteristics of wind power generation, PV power generation, accumulator, and controller and inverter separately. Tested the natural resources aiming at the practical using system, and made an all-round explanation to the equipment choosing and testing process, especially to the principle and using method of independent recorder. Through analyzing and deal with the resource data, got the wind change curves and light change curves of each experiment section. Finally got the equipment purchase cost in corresponding resource state through choosing suitable a calculation method. The formula of calculation wind power generation cost is suitable to the chosen equipment model and known wind resource state, and the formula of calculation PV power generation cost is suitable to the chosen equipment model and known light resource state, which accord with the real work, and have practicability.In the process of cost optimizing, difference method was used, calculated the using cost in different power matching scheme of each difference dot, and got the best matching scheme. In this subject, complete nature resource test equipments was sited in independent wind-PV power system, which is rare. The use of numerical value different method made the results intuitionist and creditable, which provides an effective simple method for the future power matching calculation about wind-PV system...
