The Study And Exploiture Of The Traffic Accident Information Management And Diagnosis System

The related analytic system of accidents should be set up to adapt to the needs of the current safe traffic management, to effectively analyze the many accident data which have accumulated for years, to deal with a lot of statistics and analyses from the frequent accidents in time and to improve the level of management and decision by making full use of information techniques. This paper, focusing on the road accidents, suggests building the system of information management and assistant final arrangement with the support of database, explains its necessity and feasibility, based on studying the characters and the present situation of the road accidents at home and abroad, of their final arrangements and of the statistics and analyses of information, and brings up the theories and methods, the platform and analytic tools from the angle of technology. This paper mainly includes the following contents:Studying the characters and the present situation of the road accidents at home and abroad, of their final arrangements and of the statistics and analyses of information from the system's requirements; determine the system's function to meet the needs of consumers; offer its functional structures, give an analysis of the functional modules and carry out a research into the methods of realizing it, on the basis of the characters and shortcomings of the present information system about the accidents.According to the variety and systematization of the data, this paper points out that relation models are adopted to organize data, and the relevant structures of database are presented with the text of BCNF so as to store and analyze them positively, which will be realized through RDS.The system of statistical methods and index should be set up to apply to the information analyses of the road accidents.The models of the final arrangements based on AHP, applicable to inferring and affirming the responsibilities, are offered in order to assist the staff in the final arrangement, and the relative systems are used for inference and verification.Develop the system of model experiment.
