The Study And Development Of Professional Supervisory Management System On Relaying Protection Based On CIM

Relaying protection is an important part of power system, more and more management information system based on single-machine or Internet/Intranet or Web technology has been implement. They provide an approach to concatenate every department of relaying protection such as working-team, power network administer , power supply bureau.According to the present running status on the relaying protection management system of electric power system and research and application of IEC61970 standards that has been popularly utilized in order to achieve data sharing and unify interface,This article introduces the idea of adopting CIM in relaying protection management system. After making a study of CIM and considering actual condition of relay, based on the syntax and semantics of CIM,the CIM is extended to design the unique classes of protection. This method provides an approach to flexibly mapping between an object-oriented model and a relational model.
