Research And Realization Of Video Surveillance Of Networked Manufacturing System For Rapid Prototyping

Research and application of rapid prototyping and networked manufacturing technology is one of the important research topics in the field of advanced manufacturing technology currently. Their combination will lead to further development of rapid prototyping and its application field. Development of rapid prototyping technology is described, and the status and developing trend of networked manufacturing of rapid prototyping are discussed. Framework of networked manufacturing system for rapid prototyping is studied. Video surveillance software of networked manufacturing system for rapid prototyping is developed, and then the machining test is carried out.Connotation of networked manufacturing system for rapid prototyping is analyzed. The framework of networked manufacturing system for rapid prototyping is established, which lays the foundation for the further research.According to the principle of theory combined with application, the video surveillance project is designed. C/S framework is adopted in the design, and the standard of MPEG-4 is used to compress the video, and UDP protocol is employed to transmit the command, and TCP protocol is adopted to transmit the video.The key technologies of realizing video surveillance are investigated and analyzed in detail, such as streaming media technology, video compression technology and network correspondence technology, etc. The Advantages of the technologies adopted by the design project are introduced, and how to use these technologies is discussed.According to the design of video surveillance, DirectShow technology is adopted to develop the software under environment of VC++6.0. The realization of each main function module is described. The machining test is carried out finally.
